1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

To help us resolve this quickly, we highly recommend taking an unboxing video when you receive your package. This serves as strong proof in case of any claims.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for any items that are confirmed to be damaged or incorrect due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale".

Gift cards.

Personal care goods (if applicable).
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at agarwalpiyush2822@gmail.com. Due to the nature of our frequently changing collection, exchanges for different products may not always be possible.
