Thank you for shopping at RandomAF. Please note that we follow a strict No Refund / Replacement Only policy. We generally do not accept returns due to a change of mind or size issues. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to ensure you get the correct item.
1. Replacement Eligibility
We do not offer monetary refunds. Items are eligible for a free replacement only under the following circumstances:

The item arrived physically damaged or defective.

You received the incorrect product (wrong color, size, or model from what was ordered).

You have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
Note: Requests for replacement due to personal preference (e.g., "I don't like how it looks") will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Replacement
To start the replacement process, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

The reason for the replacement (Damaged or Incorrect Item).

Mandatory: A clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
Our team will review your request. If approved, we will ship a fresh replacement unit to you at no extra cost.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure fairness and quick resolution, we highly recommend taking an unboxing video when you open your package.

This serves as definitive proof if an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Without an unboxing video or clear photographic evidence, we may be unable to process your replacement claim.
4. Non-Replaceable Items
The following items are not eligible for replacement:

Items where the damage is due to customer mishandling.

Items without original packaging or tags.

Gift cards.
5. Refund Policy
We do not provide monetary refunds. In the rare event that a replacement product is out of stock or unavailable, we may provide you with Store Credit equal to the value of your purchase, which can be used for future orders on our store.
