Thank you for shopping with RandomAF! This policy outlines the details of our shipping and delivery process.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping within India
We offer shipping across India. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
a) Shipping Rates:

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹40 will be applied to all orders.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹750.
b) Estimated Delivery Times: The delivery time depends on your location. Please note that these are estimated times and can vary due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier partners.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier company's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of India.
5. Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. If the wrong address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping fee. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Order Damages
RandomAF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the damaged item and packaging.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
